-1- Proper Niche Research
It’s crucial to your success in affiliate marketing to have a good research plan. You need to know if a keyword has traffic, which keywords you can rank for that will bring in profits, what your competitors are selling, and if it’s worth your time to go after the niche at all.

-2- Get Targeted Traffic
Buying traffic is a bad idea 99.9% of the time. If you’re even getting real visitors, you have no way of knowing if they’re interested in your products or not. Writing articles, commenting on related high traffic blogs, participating in related forums, and ppc ads are much better options.
-3- Thinking Clickbank is your only Option
When it comes to online products, I personally think that clickbank is the leader. Simply because they hold the majority of the market, and they have more options. I’ve never had any problems getting paid, and they seem to run a fair deal.
But don’t get caught in the idea that you have to sell online products. Amazon, and Ebay have affiliate programs too! Plus they’ll allow you to sell physical products, without having to carry inventory or deal with a dropshipper.
